Dear visitor,
Here at Penareia Floripa Beach Hotel, our mission is to provide a more comfortable and inspiring environment every day, so that you can enjoy your special days in this piece of paradise. Therefore, we have prepared some information that may help you during your stay.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE DAILY RATE:
- Breakfast from 8:00 am to 10:00 am;
- Wi-Fi Internet and TV;
- Maid service until 4:00 pm;
- One private parking space per suite (uncovered);
- Beach service (beach towel, chair and umbrella);
- Bed linen and bath towels; for long stays, the linen is changed every 3 days upon request.
RESERVATIONS:
100% of the amount paid in advance via bank transfer and/or PIX with a 5% discount.
50% of the amount paid in advance via bank transfer and/or PIX, and the balance in cash, bank transfer or card at check-in.
CHECK-IN: from 3pm.
CHECK-OUT: until 11am.
Early check-in subject to availability and fees directly at the desk;
Late check-out subject to availability and fees directly at the desk.
CANCELLATION:
- Free up to 20 days before arrival.
- 50% of the total amount will be charged in case of cancellation less than 21 days before check-in.
- 100% of the total amount will be charged in case of no-show.
- A fee of 20% of the reservation will be charged for changes more than 21 days before check-in.
- A fee of 37% of the reservation will be charged for changes less than 21 days before check-in.
GENERAL RULES:
- Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms, subject to fine;
- When smoking in permitted outdoor areas, throw cigarette butts in the trash or in a cigarette butt box.
- Any damage caused by improper use of equipment, utensils and furniture will be charged at check-out.
- One child up to 4 years old in the same apartment as their parents does not pay for accommodation; two children up to 4 years old in the same apartment as their parents pay the price of an extra person per night;
IMPORTANT:
Your reservation does not include pets. To include a pet in your stay, you must contact the reservations department and wait for confirmation. Acceptance is subject to availability and specific conditions for accommodating animals.
