The amount deposited to make your reservation is the guarantee of your stay. Cancellations will only be accepted with more than 20 days in advance, and only 50% of the amount deposited will be refunded. Cancellations with less than 20 days in advance will not be accepted.
For check-in of minors under 18 years of age, it is strictly necessary to present a birth certificate and the presence of the parents (registered at a notary’s office). Failure to present these documents will prevent accommodation at the hotel.
