Important: To include a pet in your stay, you must contact the reservations department and wait for confirmation. Acceptance is subject to availability and specific conditions for accommodating animals.

Cancellation Policy

The amount deposited to make your reservation is the guarantee of your stay. Cancellations will only be accepted with more than 20 days in advance, and only 50% of the amount deposited will be refunded. Cancellations with less than 20 days in advance will not be accepted.

For check-in of minors under 18 years of age, it is strictly necessary to present a birth certificate and the presence of the parents (registered at a notary’s office). Failure to present these documents will prevent accommodation at the hotel.
